Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mapworld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective tubing or box, ensuring all mounting hardware and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Mapworld

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
